You will work closely with the Growth team and the CEO on :
Strategic and competition analysis for the CEO
Lead new B2B partnerships
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Lead Generation & Conversion
Lead Generation : plan and execute all web, SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Conversion / UX : measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Build an end-to-end Content Marketing Strategy
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Automatisation & Data analysis
Set-up process automatisation to hack our acquisition
CRM optimisation to surgically drive our activity
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Excel modelling and ad-hoc analysis

We’re looking for an outstanding Growth Intern who combines superb communication skills and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively
Hard skills :
1st experience in digital marketing
Knowledge with SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
French native & English fluent
Leading school / uni in business, tech, marketing, web
Soft skills :
Startup culture & problem solver mindset
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Highly creative : you know how to engage, informe and motivate
