Position Purpose & Summary

As a member of the HR Solutions France team, the HR Solutions Employee Experience Market Specialist will

be accountable for the delivery of employee experience HR services such as production staffing, onboarding

and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and

recognition programs within his / her perimeter.

Principal Accountabilities

50% Business Leader :

  • Be responsible to ensure that the employee experience activities provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses for your locations.
  • Ensure valuable solutions for the complexity of businesses.

  • Drive and support the deployment of employee experience services in your perimeter and for France
  • Benefit from and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services
  • Work in close partnership with the Operations team and the shared services (CBS) to deliver recurring end-to-end
  • services and processes

  • Develop and maintain key internal / external relationships, which may include : business leaders, hiring managers, business / function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees
  • Ensure the desired business results are prioritized and the organization capabilities are operationalized (HR integrator).
  • Provide thought leadership in recommending solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers
  • Articulate market-specific requirements and resources to effectively help market leads to understand and address challenges and priorities
  • Be responsible for local budgets as appropriate, HR solution effectiveness metrics, and local SLAs
  • Provide your insights to support the development of the strategy for the effective delivery and coordination of Employee Experience activities for the region.
  • Responsible for supporting people managers to achieve the local performance metrics and engagement.

  • Ensure for your location effective consulting services to business managers and delivery of HR core processes.
  • Develop and sustain valuable HR solutions through consultative and coaching skills, and an overall effectiveness focus.

  • Support our clients in understanding and further adopting our HR operational model
  • Represent in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader domain services area
  • Provide feedback into services priorities to ensure adoption
  • Continue to participate in CBS Migration activities, shared service consolidation and MADJV initiatives as required
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to continuously improve the end-to-end client experience
  • Promote the use and implementation of tools / technologies within to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions.

  • Ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations and corporate policies within your locations, through your own competence or in collaboration with your HR colleagues (IR / ER competence)
  • Ensure application of standard policies
  • Responsible for vendor management of employee experience service providers within your perimeter.
  • This may include selection, defining scope, metrics and / or providing performance feedback
  • Provide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and / or regionally
  • Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. This may involve working with legal resources and / or external consultants to interpret and implement complex / ambiguous policies
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in applicable field (Master of Bachelor in HR or related sciences)
  • Previous experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as
  • production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management,

    employee engagement, and / or recognition programs is a must

  • 5 to 10 years of working experience in related HR activities, including frequent direct interaction with people management
  • HR working experience in a production environment (factory, production plant) is necessary. Experience in working in HR with people from all levels and with widely varying competences.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain and implement HR processes and client focused solutions
  • Experience in a work-environment that uses (HR) shared services organizations is a plus
  • Consultative skills. Proven ability to guide and coach people managers in their role towards employees
  • Strong drive for results with results / outcome focus
  • Proven experience of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
  • Proven ability to multi-task and to be flexible in defining priorities on a short term and mid-long-term horizon
  • Positive and self-motivated personality with an ability to energize others
  • Team player and proven ability to share, benchmark and actively support the growth of the team together
  • Comfortable to work for multiple sites
  • Project management experience is a plus
