We are a boutique consulting firm working with ERP and CRM Cloud systems implementation in Canada, in the United States, Mauritius and France.

Our products : NetSuite ERP Force.com : Salesforce CRM, FinancialForce, Rootstock ERP , Mavenlink.

Note that this is not necessary to have worked with our products. But it is an asset.

Role

Big Bang ERP is seeking an Account Manager to be part of our fast-growing team.

Reporting to the Vice President EMEA, the Account Manager will provide functional support and actively participate in managing sales, client relationships and collaborating on the development of sales plans.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a multi-product environment that is industry focused and team-oriented.

You will also collaborate directly with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders by phone, video conference or in person, as needed.

  • As an Account Manager you also will design, validate, and present software solutions to clients across several industries, including;
  • Wholesale / Distribution, Manufacturing, and Services.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Sales (40%)

  • Identify and research new potential customers / prospects
  • Prepare account plans with short and longer-term revenue goals to leverage the full potential of our range of solutions
  • Achieve and / or exceed sales revenue targets based on new business, alongside growth of existing subscriptions
  • Act as a channel manager by communicating with software products sales executives
  • Customer Service (25%)

  • Monitor client satisfaction by frequently checking to ensure all needs are being met, answering questions, fulfilling requests, and conducting follow-up tasks as promptly as possible
  • Ensure full execution of contracts by all parties involved
  • Provide detailed project status to management and within the client; highlighting issues, scope changes, and progress against the client expectations
  • Document all client communication
  • Operations (20%)

  • Prospect, consult and sell software solutions and related services to prospective new mid-market business customers
  • Work with customers to learn their business, understand their needs and determine how NetSuite, Salesforce, FinancialForce or ServiceNow business solutions can best address their issues
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our full suite of business solutions
  • Develop strategic territory plan to acquire net new customers and hit the team ’s monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Training & Internal (15%)

  • Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Acquire NetSuite, Salesforce and ServiceNow certifications
  • Attend Monthly and Quarterly online courses to keep up to date with the new releases of the solutions
  • Participate in the company’s Knowledge Sharing sessions
  • Enlist the support of implementation resources and management resources as needed
  • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor or University Degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two years selling and lead generation experience
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and senior management
  • Track record of closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner
  • Knowledge of Cloud concepts technology / positioning
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills. You know how to communicate what matters and ask the right questions to find the right solution for your customers
  • Ability to create transformative vision and value prop, selling business value to customers across various industries
