Reporting to the New Product Development & Experiences Manager, your mission is to create, implement and set sales strategies of new products and experiences that Clos19 customers would love across all Clos19 markets, ultimately contributing to Clos19 commercial success.
Main responsibilities :
Gain a deep understanding of the Experiences and New Products market (brands, competition, categories), the Clos19 Customer Journey as well as the legal context in each of Clos19 markets.
Participate in New Products and Experiences creations with cross-functional teams (maisons, markets, partner agencies...).
Manage development up to launches effectively (on budget, on time) through planning and presenting projects updates at monthly Product Committees.
Negotiate with partners and validate P&L proposals with new Product Development Manager.
In collaboration with digital marketing & business teams, develop promo advertising plan.
Develop communication plan in close collaboration with PR & communication manager.
Work closely with content, trading and acquisition team to ensure best in class promotion on C19.com (merchandising guidelines), in newsletters, SEO and Paid Social as necessary.
Work closely with UX manager and Webmaster to improve customer's journey.
Support Clos19 teams in each market to implement the annual strategy through regular calls / meetings, sharing updates, best practices and guidelines.
Ensure legal and accounting due diligence : preparation of contracts and facilitate invoicing with partners and suppliers.
Ensure all developed products and experiences are legally and internally approved.
Support in delivering contents to webmaster : including working with copywriters, translators, selecting imagery, internal coding.
Ensure all assets are validated by all stake-holders on time.
Personal attendance, management at experiences / events when appropriate to ensure they run smoothly.
Ensure Customer Service and other stake-holders have all necessary training and information for each new-product / experience (FAQ, training).
Follow-up customer enquiries of Global experiences, ensure they are answered within 24 hours.
Support in implementing the recruiting strategies specific to high end products, through global partnerships with concierge services and other agencies & partners with relevant HNWI customers
Education : Degree educated
Languages : Fluent English and French.
Professional experience & know how : Strategic and creative thinking. E-luxury industry, experience in new products development, event management or travel, ideally within a luxury environment.
Knowledge of wine & spirits sector an advantage as is experience of working internationally across different cultures. University degree preferred.
Technical & management skills : Good project management skills, ability to build positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, excellent written communication and computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Personal & interpersonal skills : Personable, excellent planning and organisation skills; calm under pressure; action orientated;
superb attention to detail; can do attitude, appropriate social skills to represent the company in a professional environment online and offline.

Six months internship starting from 1st of August 2019.
