Position Overview

  • We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our brigade in The Promenade, our all day dining & afternoon tea restaurant and our In-Room Dining brigade
  • As part of our senior kitchen leadership team you will be key to the development of your team and delivering excellent guest service
  • Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar luxury environment leading a chef brigade
  • Passion for producing incredible dishes and coaching our junior chefs through developing these skills
  • Excellent team player
