The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes.
The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction.
The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.
As Business Process Expert for the Demand & Planning domain, you develop expertise on the following processes :
Demand Management and Forecasting (via usage ofSAP APO-DP)
Different variances of planning processes :
Distribution Requirement Planning through the usage of Advanced Planning System (OM Partners)
Reporting and KPIs requirements
Interactions with other Supply Chain operational processes
By developing a strong knowledge of these processes and the solutions supporting them, you are able to leverage users knowledge within the organization and support operations processes.
You animate a network of key stakeholders worldwide, used as a community to share best practices, review pain points, identify enhancements opportunities and training requirements on the Demand & Planning domain.
You coordinate these enhancements implementation by working closely with the IS team and Process Experts from other domains.
In an intensive context of transformation of the Supply Chain, with a key objective to improve customer satisfaction and optimize internal costs, you collaborate with the different project leaders to bring your expertise as a support of the projects.
As part of the transformation roadmap of the domain, you will participate to studies related to forecasting process evolution and Rough-
Cut Capacity planning opportunities. This project tasks will represent about 50% of your workload.
Master Degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of operational experience as an actor of Planning processes in an international context.
You have good communication skills necessary to harmonize processes, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions.
You have a strong capacity of analysis and sense of support, you are comfortable with ERPs (ideally SAP) and ideally have experience with APS systems (Advanced Planning System) and / or Forecasting systems.
