As a solution creation manager, you have the responsibility to create and lead projects (project management) that you have created with the marketing, sales and very often customers themselves.

The scope of the project is not only technical, but covers all supply chain, manufacturing, legal, etc.

    Every team builds and executes its 5 year plan. Team is composed of marketing managers and solution creation managers. It leads market analysis, drives adequate investments on new products / services / capabilities introduction, customizing products or creating full customs solutions (bid).

    The team monitors execution, both on business (New Product Introduction NPI) and technical (projects) sides.

    Résumé du poste et des responsabilités / Position Summary and Responsibilities

    Your main accountabilities are :

  • Deliver projects on time, cost and quality.
  • Lead investigation within project scope to create the best solution to convince customers and / or top management.
  • Participate actively in winning New Business Opportunities (NBO) including some NPI’s.
  • Tasks :

  • Define the scope of our business initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing Managers (solution specifications and market positioning).
  • Lead investigations to elaborate the targets of each business initiative (cost, schedule, performance and quality) that meet with the business needs.
  • Support the internal business case presentation at each milestone of our business initiative qualification with specific responsibility of the technical part.
  • Drive (manage) the project execution until production transfer, following our internal processes and specific requirement of addressed market.
  • Direct customer interface for custom / derivative product within the project scope
  • Usual professional project management.
  • Generate the project reporting to the rest of the organization.
  • Active participation for Strategic, NPI and NRE NBOs, Support NPI plan, with active support to Strategic Customers for product integration in their system.
  • Influence the technology roadmap elaboration to ensure the availability of key and differentiated platforms to meet with future market needs.

  • Exigences d'emploi / Qualifications

    To succeed in this role you must have :

  • Accurate project management experience
  • Technical orientation
  • Imaging technology knowledge
  • Transversal management experience
  • Engineering degree mandatory
  • Fluent English (B2+, C1)
  • Active listening capabilities (customers listening)
  • Your ability to influence others, your business acumen and unique customer focus combined with the ability to understand and positively handle diverging interests will allow you to thrive in the role.
