  • Job Description

    As People partner, you will work side by side with our Head of People, by supporting strategic people related topics, including employee engagement, compensation and perks, legal and compliance, onboarding / offboarding, performance, career paths...and much more.

    To do so, you will work on :

  • implementing new people related programs and policies
  • Help hiring managers to execute hiring process and deliver results.
  • Work on organizational design partnering with Head of people
  • Set-up new tools related to performance management, recruitment..
  • Partner with hiring managers & team to facilitate recruiting efforts
  • Work on campus management strategy
  • Define and flourish Lukoom’s corporate brand (maybe by changing that name first ) ;
  • Get yourself constantly up to date on the latest recruitment & employer branding trends & tools ;
  • Legal & admin : help to set-up a compliant policy
  • Work on HR ops on a daily-basis
  • Design employee surveys and support culture initiatives

    Preferred Experience

    You have already work in a startup and / or in HR within a startup / tech company

    You are a fast learner and love to discover new tools and products

    You are intrigued and excited by the Luko culture

    You use critical thinking, active listening and emotional intelligence in your daily work

    You are a proactive problem solver and negotiator : nothing can stop you!
