Assistant Director of Guest Relations
Our Assistant Director of Rooms are the conductors of our hotel! Entrusted with enabling operational excellence to ensure the key brand benefits are delivered throughout all touch points in the guest journey.
Orchestrating and elevating service delivery in order that it fulfills our guests’ emotional needs. Directly leads the rooms division and connects all hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.
They maintain oversight and influence over the guest experience throughout all phases of the guest journey and ensure all service delivery and operational processes are rooted in Guest Centricity.
They elevate hotel programs to fulfill the guest emotional needs. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our guests.

They ensure guest data is captured and brought forward into guest experience touchpoints. They support and advocate for the Nexus researching process and its operational use.
They establish and support profitability through expense management and inventory control. They also maintains a high level of awareness in hotel financial goals and implement best practices within the division to maximize capabilities and guest experience.
This will include reviewing and preparing for arrivals / departures with special emphasis on Must Look After / High Rate / High Profile / EO Guests (scrub 10 days out, spot check profile qty / qlt, amenity assignment, room assignment, requests actioned, transportation, outlet reservations, connection assigned, folio review, etc.
Reviewing reservations made the day prior. Reviewing blocking. Auditing profile enrichment throughout guest journey. Managing room inventory and audit OOS / OOO.
Walking MLA / High Rate / High Profile / EO Guest rooms. Monitoring CARE process and process for physical product upkeep.
Reviewing cases and problems Coordinating guest feedback sessions catalogue and action feedback as needed. Monitor and action Medallia comments as needed.
Reviewing / critiquing trial balance and P&L. Creative Planning Meeting, Ops Meeting, Morning Meeting, Departmental Line Ups, Aviator calls, Revenue Meeting, Labor Meeting, NEXUS Strategy Meeting, Month End P&L Reconciliation with ENG / HSK to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
