The Human Resources department will serve a diverse population around 2800 employees (10 countries in Europe, Asia, US and Morocco) and 10 professional families and expertise.
Group Operations Transformation has been set up in 2017 and will continue its in-depth transformation in the coming years
In this context, the Talent Management & Recruitment Team has 3 main accountabilities :
To attract and identify the talents needed in the organization to support the business objectives (external and internal pipeline)
To develop and retain the talents and guaranty career opportunities
To ensure Performance is managed in a fair and consistent manner
The Recruiter will interact with the Hiring Manager and HRBP to define a business resourcing strategy and handle the recruitment process.
He / she will support the business through translating business requirements into recruitment plans. He / she may also be providing strategic direction on the best way to approach recruitment for a specific geography or business line.
Proactively work with the business to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs
Anticipate, design and implement a recruitment strategy to meet these needs
Determine selection criteria in link with Group COO strategy
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with other HR and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Perform market watch, identify and use disruptive tools to enhance our employer branding strategy.
The candidate must have proven work experience as Talent Management specialist or similar role
Technical skills :
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
