In this role you will manage our IT team supporting AXA IM Real Asset business steering both Run and Change activities. In strong coordination with business stakeholders and relying on internal and external resources, the head of Real Asset IT will pursue ongoing transformation of the Information System landscape leveraging on leading software vendors or integrating internal solutions while ensuring respect of AXA IM standards.
Maintain softwares and services supporting AXA IM Real asset to guarantee business activities and related SLAs, and comply with global standards or local policies.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Collect, analyze, challenge and prioritize business needs.
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects and run activities.
Ensure that a regular Governance is in place to steer the activities and organize efficiently teamwork
Steer strategically Real Asset information System evolution at 3 a years horizon (key suppliers relationships, Obsolescence management, financial trajectory and embrace digital trends such as Cloud, API and AI).
In sync with HR department Assess employees skills set, define and engage appropriate training program when required.
Anticipate and adapt IT setup to continuously cope with business activity relying on an efficient sourcing mix (internal / external resources) complying with Procurement Policies.
IT related university degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience delivering a wide range of IT services within asset management or the financial services industry.
Management of production support team (Run) and IT development (Change)
Knowledge and skills
Asset Management industry knowledge and past exposure on Real Asset business challenges
Key specific vendor softwares : Yardi Voyager (mandatory), Anaplan (appreciated) and SalesForce (appreciated)
Ability to setup appropriate governance and deliver appropriate reporting regarding IT activities to internal stakeholders (IT and businesses)
Ability to learn and operate AXA IM’s proprietary IT system
Deep understanding of Cloud platforms (PaaS and SaaS)
Past experience in C# or Java development is appreciated, CI / CD

Strong leadership skills
Proven ability to think analytically.
Fluent in English and in French, both written and oral, with ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation
