GO Strategy Execution team has been created in January 2020. The aim ofthis team is to steer GO Transformation Roadmap by setting up and rolling out adedicated governance and to secure the successful execution of GO new TargetOperating Model under the GO Forward 2023 Program.
The Senior Project Management Officer position will be fully dedicatedto the GO Forward 2023 execution.
The job consists of :
StrategicProject Planning and Goal Setting
Creating structured schedules and project plans basedon the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market andbudget constraints
Partnering with stream leaders to assess the workloadsand impacts for different divisions, identifying dependencies and possibleissues across teams
Developing and communicating clear and actionabledeliverables, or activities to be completed
ProjectExecution and Governance
Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, andtimelines throughout the project process
Holding owners accountable for their commitments andconducting program team meetings to provide status updates and identify andresolve issues
Managing the overall process of carrying out theproject in order to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issuesthat may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with thestated project goals
ProjectDocumentation and Archives
Along with Stream Leaders, ensuring documentation,supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available forinternal teams and senior leaders
Compiling and documenting project information
ProjectPrioritization and Portfolio Alignment
Within the GO Forward 2023 Program, managing multipleprojects, each with varying priority, timelines and resource requirements
Being responsible for balancing projects andcommunicating priorities within GO Forward 2023 scope of action
Creating a Program dashboard embracing all projects (projectscurrently underway, on the backlog), with their priority according to theoverall business objectives
ProcessImprovement and Standards Development
Identifying processes and activities to improve
Understanding the basic processes and standards ofdifferent divisions across GO Organization to identify workable processstandards and best practices for how teams should approach projects
Implementing, documenting and communicating the newprocedures to the rest of the Program
Master degree (MBA Grande Ecole)
