We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead the analytics implementation on our native app and web products.

You will be intellectually curious, independent, highly analytical, and finds problem solving exhilarating. You are able to thrive with a high rate of change while working with multi-

faceted data. Your recommendations, based on sound analytics, will help drive the product roadmap and have direct impact to the Egencia product line and its growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-app and web tagging strategy in collaboration with multi-functional teams (analytics managers, engineers and product managers)
  • Maintain the technical tagging specification that defines both clear business problems and corresponding metric definitions
  • Implement processes towards scalability such as automating checks for adherence to the tagging specification and conducting training to promote institutional knowledge
  • Partner with BI / Data Warehouse teams to help create a holistic view of our customers and guides the development of a data-
  • directed, improved product experience

  • Conduct analytic deep-dives of critical business issues that impact performance and translate the analyses into actionable recommendations.
  • Formulate and communicate findings to the organization

  • Stay current with trends in digital analytics technology
  • Summary of Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in web and native mobile app analytics
  • Tag management implementation and management experience (e.g. DTM, Tealium and debugging tools like Charles, Fiddler)
  • Experience with mobile app (iPhone, Android) tracking and tag validation strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with A / B site testing and analysis
  • Ability to explain relatively complex analyses in ways that are understandable and actionable to partners
  • Self-starter and motivated self-learner with a passion for data, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field. (Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Economics)
