As a Community builder intern in the new Freelancer Department, your missions will be

  • You will help building or executing pilots to unlock business opportunities across the freelancers community in France
  • You will assist in developing communities of freelancers working with our major clients
  • You will assist in setting up networking events and other high-touch activities for freelancers
  • You will help to develop strategies to grow the community of freelancers working with our major clients
  • You will ensure that the work we do with our freelancers delivers strong value to freelancers while also growing our business .
  • Our freelancers community can turn into our best ambassadors, and sales. Being an intern at Malt means accompanying your manager in his daily actions thanks to real teamwork while becoming autonomous.

    At the same time, you will be able to invest yourself in internal projects thanks to your strength of proposal!

    Preferred experience

  • You have a sense of service and a taste for interacting with the freelancers in our community
  • You are very proactive, organized and responsible, you know how to work in total autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Appetite for business development is a plus
  • You already have experience in community building (recommended)
  • A good level of English is essential to be able to communicate with an international team
  • If everything goes well, you will be able to continue the Malt adventure with a permanent contract directly after your internship !

    Our Recruitment process

  • First call with Aya (talent acquisition specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (15 minutes)
  • Interview with your future manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • Home assignment to prepare in order to evaluate your hard skills
  • Final Round with Camille, our head of community to validate your profile !
  • We will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2022 !
  • Proposal within 48h - Life at Malt - - One week of onboarding at your arrival - Learn about our culture and product before diving into your new role in your team- Home office - up to 2 days remote per week- Annual off-sites : Les Arcs, Amsterdam, Spain What’s next ?
