JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

We're seeking an apprentice to provide administrative support to our Human Resources Team. You will work closely with the HR Administration manager, the HRBPs and the Head of Holding HR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the HR team on a daily basis : Onboarding of trainees, employee requests, create and distribute HR documents (contracts, letters)

  • Organize medical visits
  • Keep HR documents and personal files up-to-date
  • Regulate the different HR processes
  • Be responsible to the HR pages of the intranet
  • Contributing to various HR projects (work well, other HR events)
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

    Good communication and a strong customer oriented

  • Strong Prioritization and organization skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law
  • Ability to work in French and English
  • Ability to work within a team
  • A first experience in a human resources department is desired
  • Ability to use a payroll tool
