A vacancy for a Data and Business Analyst has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. You will join the Connected Services Department.
Within Customer Support & Services Directorate, Airbus Helicopters Connected Services leverages operational in-service and maintenance data to optimize and digitalize existing services and to improve profitability and mission performance.
Connected Services offering is primarily composed of :
Software to manage customers' operations (e.g. maintenance, logistics)
Analytics for internal and Customer usage, based on customers' data
Avionic System and Software services
Inside the Analytics team, you will participate to the next generation of tools which will help our colleagues and our customers : based on their data, we develop descriptive and predictive analytical models and visual operational applications will help them to diagnose, troubleshot and improve their business activity.
For the customers, it could be projects for Flight Operations, CAMO (continuing airworthiness management organization) or Maintenance Centers.
For Airbus Helicopters, it could be projects in collaboration with Logistics, Design Office, MRO or Technical Support teams.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités
You will be included in both phases of Analytics projects :
During the framing study, you will have to understand business process and pain points, to gather requirements, opportunities and value levers regarding data and possible algorithms in collaboration with our data scientists’ team.
You will evaluate the data readiness and manage the developers’ team in charge of the prototype for which you will imagine the layout with some User-Experience designers.
You will have also to manage the pilot phase with internal key-users or early adopter customers.
When an industrialization decision is taken, you will be the product owner and will manage the delivery with Information Management stakeholders according to Quality Gates (QG) and / or Service Readiness Level (SRL) process.
You will contribute to design relevant and reliable data models with Data Governance team. You will support the business during specification, acceptance and deployment.
If it is a customer analytics solution, you will also participate to the integration of this new application in the HCare Connected Services offer and to the promotion toward customers with the Go To Market team.

You will have the following skills and experience :
Solid understanding of aeronautics business (both OEM & customers)
Strong experience in project / team management
Collection of functional requirements and formalization into analytics solutions
Experience in data extraction, manipulation and reporting capabilities would be a plus (Spotfire, Python or typical BI tools)
Ability to convince in a complex environment (to drive / help decisions making across departments)
Rigorous and autonomous
Team player in a matricial organization
Advanced level of English and French
