Keysight is looking for an experienced, technical, solution-selling professional for the wireless and wireline communications market.

This individual will work closely with the Global Account Manager and solution experts to identify and close sales opportunities at major strategic accounts in the communication industry in France.

This position is focused on growing sales of Keysight’s broad portfolio of solutions for the wireless and wireline market on the physical layer.

This sales professional will be responsible for taking share from competitors, creating new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model (KLM).

Success in this role requires close teamwork with Global Account Manager, Applications Engineers, and Business Development Engineers to qualify and prioritize opportunities.

A key skill is the ability to work in an international environment and lead internal teams to manage deals involving multiple business units and support organizations.

This position is for a highly motivated sales professional with responsibilities for :

  • Exceeding sales metrics by increasing revenue spend for assigned account.
  • Developing and maintaining assigned account plans which outline growth opportunities
  • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's engineers and management to understand their current and future needs and link them to Keysight’s solutions strategies.
  • Driving the sales process, managing opportunities and complex issues that require leadership and coordination with technical staff, divisions and other organizations.
  • Regularly identifying new opportunities within the assigned accounts and applying the appropriate action and resources to win the business.
  • Building a strong sales funnel that shows consistent growth with a steady flow of sales resulting from it.
  • Creating demand for Keysight’s products and services.
  • Developing and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learning new products, applications and technologies.

    Job Qualifications

  • This position requires at least 5-8 years of sales experience with an emphasis on winning competitive sales through exceptional account and time management
  • Strong understanding of wireless and wireline communications markets and 5G standards
  • Passion for continuous learning in communications technology and professional selling
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers at both engineering and management level
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Sound business judgment with good negotiation skills
  • Effective presentation and problem solving skills
  • BS / MS in or equivalent education / experience in electrical engineering, communication, physics or equivalent
