Working within the Human Resources Department at TEFAL SAS, you will contribute towards improving social dialogue and the success of group-
wide HR projects at the industrial site.
Working closely with the Labour Relations Manager, you will prepare compulsory documentation for meetings with staff representatives (works’ councils, commissions, collective bargaining, etc.).
You will be the local contact with union organisations.
You will be involved in analysing studies of a social nature, as well as writing and registering collective agreements with the administration.
You will be responsible for keeping the Economic and Social database (BDES) up to date.
At the same time, you will also work on development projects with all Human Resources managers.
You have completed a 4-year higher education course in employment law, business studies or similar and you would like to gain some significant experience in Labour Relations at an industrial site that is part of a large international group.
Within this context, you are currently working towards a specialised Human Resources qualification with a work placement or internship at our site.
