The purpose of the role is to develop strategy and drive execution of sales and distribution activities for A&H Corporate business (across all segments and including Agency’) across CE, having full ownership of the P&L.
This would include developing new propositions with the regional and local underwriters and creating marketing strategy and tactics for distribution.
It would also include developing relationships with Brokers across all segments to promote Chubb A&H. The person needs to be able to navigate the matrix and the primary stakeholders and relationships will be with Country Presidents, Country and Regional segment leaders, Regional and Local distribution teams and management as well as local country A&H management.
This role would be supported by the A&H Corporate SME segment leader. The role will also be indirectly supported by Business Initiatives Manager, as directed by SVP A&H CE.
