    The purpose of the role is to develop strategy and drive execution of sales and distribution activities for A&H Corporate business (across all segments and including Agency’) across CE, having full ownership of the P&L.

    This would include developing new propositions with the regional and local underwriters and creating marketing strategy and tactics for distribution.

    It would also include developing relationships with Brokers across all segments to promote Chubb A&H. The person needs to be able to navigate the matrix and the primary stakeholders and relationships will be with Country Presidents, Country and Regional segment leaders, Regional and Local distribution teams and management as well as local country A&H management.

    This role would be supported by the A&H Corporate SME segment leader. The role will also be indirectly supported by Business Initiatives Manager, as directed by SVP A&H CE.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage P&L of the CE A&H Corporate business : Define individual market strategiesPrepare financial and operating plansExecute and monitor plans
  • Develop and agree the strategy and tactics for the Corporate business in CE and work with local markets and management to develop and execute on annual and strategic plans
  • Liaise with other groups stakeholders to align the Corporate strategy with the group activities and initiatives (such as development of Agency’ model)
  • Develop and lead the sales and distribution strategy and tactics in alignment with One Chubb’
  • Drive innovation : Develop market intelligence and detailed analysis of the evolution of the market and of our main competitorsWork in close cooperation with Regional and local Segment leaders to develop and improve propositions for the Corporate market, including opportunities to package A&H with P&C
  • Driving improvement in the execution of sales activities by the local teams, managing and monitoring pipeline and sales KPIs, in order to ensure the right level of activity, efficiency and skills in the overall sales and distribution function.
  • Ensure appropriate sales plans are in place by every market and LOB
  • Development of cross-regional distribution activities and relationship with major brokers for Corporate business and supporting specific distribution activities and initiatives as directed by SVP A&H CE
  • Establish relationship and drive sales execution with P&C S&D team regionally and locally with clearly defined targets and PMPs
