Purpose of the role
As Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for the partner program and for different channel partner profiles.
The overall goal is to increase lead generation through Channel Partners. Activities will include designing tailor made marketing plans, join value propositions, sales enablement material and supporting collateral.
You will work closely with Channel Business Development teams to help them achieve Partner channel business objectives.
You are an experience self-starter with solid experience in channel enablement and development. The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude and has the capability to easily move from strategic planning to executional excellence.
This is a new role and it requires a candidate which accepts the challenge to work in an uncertain environment, has the resilience to succeed and the drive to develop new channel partners the successfully contribute to accelerate our business growth.
Your main responsibilities are :
Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing or related field .
Relevant work experience
At least 5 years in IT Channel Marketing Programs for top IT companies (eg. ERP, Cloud, CRM).
Experience of marketing to and with System integrators and / or IT consulting firms.
Experience in solution-based selling / marketing environment.
Strong knowledge of the technology industry and Enterprise IT experience (Expense, ERP, CRM solutions)
Adaptability to high-tech industry and practices.
Strong marketing skills in particular channel marketing
commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
Understanding of new technology
Computing : Microsoft office, Digital Marketing tools (eg Eloqua or Adobe suite)
Languages : Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Any additional language is valuable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use marketing in B2B and channel marketing environment
Ability to have an advance knowledge and experience of marketing planning, execution and management
Knowledge of digital and online marketing
Strong project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of IT systems, Travel Industry systems or processes
Strong knowledge of current, travel-related, PC products and tools
