About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and creative Performance Marketing Manager to define the acquisition strategies across all our performance channels (SEM, retargeting, affiliates, shopbots).
With a 6-person team and a multi-million budget, you will be responsible for the launch and constant optimization of online campaigns to deliver the most effective possible result in sales and traffic and grow our customer base across all our markets (more than 15 across 3 continents), in collaboration with our local teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored-made strategies and budget allocations for each market in order to grow, engage and convert our user base into buyers and sellers
Support your team of channel managers with your expertise, experience and business vision in order to implement best-in-class campaign tactics that fit in our overall strategy
Collaborate with local, onsite marketing, CRM and branding teams to launch successful 360 campaigns with cohesive messages and experience for our users
Consistently watch for innovative strategies and technologies that offer growth opportunities and create an active testing culture in your team
Develop and animate excellent relationships with our external partners and engage them in our growth ambition
Track and analyze our SEO business impact to help our tech and content SEO teams steer the performances towards our business objectives
Build, improve and automate our data collection, processing and activation in collaboration with our data team
Deliver performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders including local teams and C-level members
5-7 years experience, including 3-4 year minimum hands on experience managing PPC campaigns (SEM, retargeting)
Experience managing large budgets and delivering against multiple KPIs
Providing clear reporting, and more importantly actionable insights to a wide audience
Experience defining acquisition strategies and budget in an ecommerce company
Demonstrable passion for working in the online fashion industry with a commercial mind-set
Demonstrable capacity to combine a data-driven approach and creative customer-oriented approach
Proficient in use of Excel and BI tools to create reports and work with large data sets
An undergraduate degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Marketing) preferable
Demonstrable passion for working in acquisition
Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships,

Confidence with the ability to connect with people and be a team player

Fluency in English is required, fluency (speaking, reading & writing) in other languages is preferable (French, German, Italian and / or Spanish preferred)
