Job Summary :

Your mission will be to oversee the deployment of the Disneyland Paris pan-European media strategy, from developing media plans to measuring performance, ensuring

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting in defining the Disneyland Paris Content Distribution strategy
  • Building a granular vision of Audiences, Messages and Touchpoints across our European markets
  • Developing a pan-European content distribution strategy for a given scope of projects (seasons, new communication, etc.)
  • Developing a pan-European content distribution strategy for a given scope of events (festivals, foot race event, etc.)
  • Ensuring that internal stakeholders are aware of media strategies and understand them
  • Developing the expertise to address mobile issues, ensuring implementation with internal teams and external partners
  • Developing innovation and creativity in content distribution strategies
  • Managing partner agencies : briefing and challenging recommendations, ensuring information dissemination and taking part in assessment
  • Assisting in developing media guidelines, ensuring internal teams and partner agencies are aware of these guidelines and understand them
  • Annual media plans :

  • Developing and tracking annual media plans, including the full range of touchpoints within a given scope of a countries
  • Ensuring the media plan is disseminated internally (Advertising, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) and externally (agencies, audit)
  • Monitoring media budgets by country and ensuring follow-up with Finance
  • Country relations and central divisions :

  • Ensuring effective circulation of information within the department, with expert teams
  • Managing relations with European offices, providing integrated responses to requests from central marketing and local offices
  • Assisting in post-campaign tests and other studies, working with the Consumer Insight department
  • Media watch :

  • Ensuring a permanent watch on new trends, new technologies and case studies, attending conferences
  • Sharing your expertise with the rest of the team
  • Internal and external relations :

  • Maintaining regular contact with media agencies and partners (ad agencies, technical service providers, etc.)
  • Working closely with the media manager and other members of the Audience & Content Distribution team
  • Working closely with central and local country marketing managers and with the Advertising & Content, Internet, Finance,
  • Purchasing, Legal and Consumer Insight teams

  • Maintaining regular contact with the Audience & Content Distribution Director
  • Your profile :

  • You have a master’s degree from a University or Business School
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in media / digital, ideally in a media agency or a Consulting or Strategic Planning position with an advertiser
  • You have proven experience in an international environment
  • You speak fluent French and English
  • You have an excellent grasp of project management, prioritizing actions and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have strong interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills
  • You are proficient integrating diverse elements into a coherent whole
  • You are dynamic, adaptable and take initiatives
  • You have a positive attitude and enjoy team work
