Position Duties and Responsibilities :
The Program Integrator works within the program / project management specialty with an emphasis on planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling programs comprising multiple related projects in support of the government program manager in complex intelligence community collection activities.
The individual shall provide support in determining the overall strategy for major programs and communicating the resulting strategy.
This work includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and analyzing program requirements and information, providing input into strategy options, researching available technologies or capabilities, documenting strategy decisions, providing support for linking the strategy to the funding (spend plans, burn rates, project budgets), and developing briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy.
The individual is expected to have extensive ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information;
interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and, resolve issues identified by stakeholders.
The individual shall support the Government Program Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation.
Minimum Experience :
8+ years of experience as a program integrator, project manager, program manager, project lead, systems integrator, systems engineer, program cost specialist and / or similar lead role
Demonstrated experience monitoring and tracking project efforts and funding associated with those efforts
Must be extremely comfortable conducting outreach and working with others to obtain project status
Demonstrated expertise working with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Demonstrated outstanding organizational or managerial skills to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships, encourage teamwork, and promote cooperation to address concerns and issues
Desired Qualifications :
Experience working against hard targets
Experience working with technology efforts and / or comfortable learning about new technologies quickly
Understanding or knowledge of BASIS and COGNOS reports
Project management training and / or certification
Education and Certifications :
