Description

Designs, sets up and launches monitoring tools for store design projects across the ELC brand portfolio for the EMEA region, in order to be able to track :

Compliance with specifications

Cost vs budget

Delays vs initial timeline

Risks and mitigation actions

Responsible for monitoring and tracking store design projects by EMEA affiliates across the ELC brand portfolio (including new build, installation and renovation projects) from project initiation to defect resolution

Regularly collects status from Store Designers and affiliate teams

Tracks compliance throughout the project in terms of specifications, cost and delay

Supports Store Designers and affiliate teams in anticipating potential risks and putting in place mitigation actions

Alerts Store Design Management and Brand Management in case of major risk or issue and proposes action plan

Identifies and promotes continuous improvement in store design projects, in order to limit deviations vs specifications, and reduce costs and delays

In particular, shares best practices between brands and affiliates

Closely oversees store design projects with international visibility (typically flagships and multi-brand installation in same retailer), in coordination with affiliate teams

Oversees preliminary cost estimate and project schedule

Manages and maintains a risk register in relation to the project and communicates risk accordingly

Produces regular status updates; flags potential issues, risks and changes

Provides summary report to stakeholders on project progression

Continually seeks opportunities and enhancements to improve project schedule delivery timescale and cost

Responsible for chairing the multi-discipline project update meeting end ensuring appropriate and detailed minutes are produced

Issues a Post-Mortem analysis at the end of the project

Captures and organizes post-installation data : pictures from Markets / Imagera / Instagram, punchlists for all projects

Responsible for maintaining up-to-date library of EMEA retailer specification (Sephora, Kicks, Douglas, Husdon Bay, Globus, El Corte Ingles )

Creates and maintains EMEA retail format bible by brand

In collaboration with IP and brands, establishes KPIS for Store Construction costs vs Net sales vs surfaces

Organizes Bulk production (fixtures, lighting, digital tools, .)

Supports IP store design in following request for proposal

Controls cost of fixtures and updates IP SD templates

Follows up on production planning

Manages stock levels and inventory

Share stock status with store designers

Coaches markets and follows-up on order forms

Collaborates closely with Technical Development & Engineering Store Design Manager

Qualifications

Previous experience in project management

Excellent business acumen

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, used to multi-tasking, deadline driven

Solution and result oriented

Knowledge of the construction and manufacturing process of retail fixtures a plus

Ability to read a Store Design Layout

Interest and curiosity for retail design, architecture, manufacturing

Self-motivated

Team player, excellent collaborative working relationships, strong influential and cross-functional coordination abilities

Strong communication skills including written and oral presentation skills

Flexible, used to work in a fast-paced environment
