How about you?
We are currently looking for a Brand Manager to join our Global Brand Team which is in charge of defining the global brand vision, direction and story as well as articulating it across markets and touchpoints.
Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, you will proactively envision, plan and create the future of the Deezer brand.
What you will do :
Build on current foundations and push the limits of current brand architecture, identity, positioning, and strategy by reinforcing the brand vision
Work closely with the global Brand Analyst and the Research Team in order to discover consumer trends and cultural insights that we can turn into a compelling brand story for our target audience.
Contribute to finding new and innovative ways to bring our brand to life in order to win the hearts and minds of our audience.
To do so, you will identify white space opportunities for ideation. You will facilitate cross-functional brainstorms and workshops to inspire disruptive concepts that creative new narrative opportunities.
You will create integrated communications plans that are on strategy, on budget and that deliver business results
Provide the global brand canvas and guidelines while ensuring that the brand is relevant locally : you will have to balance thinking globally while allowing local markets to activate locally
Refine the brand book and evangelize it so that it is understood and used widely internally (by Product, acquisition marketing, Product marketing, etc.
These guidelines should also be clearly understood by our partners so that they can leverage it in their communications
Effectively present the brand direction and updates to the entire organization and make sure you get feedback from the field regarding brand initiatives
What we are looking for :
You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in the area of Brand Management and Marketing
Experience within tech or entertainment company is a plus
Strong track record in leading multi-stakeholder projects and in Digital Marketing
Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French; International experience or experience working in a multicultural environment
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a collaborative mindset
