Job Purpose :
Create brand value by engaging and inspiring local market teams to activate with excellence.
Market facing for Lead BMC’s as well as classic BMC’s defined for a region.
Communicate on marketing assets developed by the brand team and adapt according to market needs.
Identify synergies and best practices that could benefit the markets.
Duties & Responsabilities :
Influence A&P allocation and local brand strategy along 4 Ps
Introduce market relevant initiatives to support strategic execution
Best practices : collect and promote best practices to be incorporated to global Brand initiatives
Learn from Market successes and apply to Brand Strategy for ROW
Business responsibilities :
Collect and analyze market data (Plan / budget)
Coordinate key market interactions (Plan, budget, Business review, les Embiez)
Synthetize market needs for Brand Teams (input for Plan and Budget, incl. Les Embiez)
Create ad-hoc communication tools (PPT deck, etc.)
Provide input to pricing strategy and GMA
Skills & Qualifications :
5 / 7 years of sales or marketing exp in brand owner or market company in PR group or similar industry
Creative, team leadership, taste for project management, sales mindset
At ease with allocation, BOI, local platforms, retail design
Bilingual English (Written & Spoken)
