Danone for France : 6 CBUs (DEF, DR, DPFF, DP, BLEDINA, NUTRICIA), 7100 users and workstations, 3500 mobiles.

As a Workstation Engineer / Technician (Devices and Applications) , based in Saint Ouen , you need to be a technical expert for devices and applications managed for French CBUs.

You have also a coordination role within DANIS for the different teams and service lines involved in device management. You have to communicate daily with ITCC Device automation and emails teams.

You can be specialised on topics like :

  • eMails
  • You can also be a spoc for one specific CBU or service ( sales force for example, or VIP support for Evian Resort, etc).


  • Manage and coordinate activities for devices, configurations and necessary corrections for workstations and mobiles
  • Take into account application needs for CBUs and follow their integration within Danone information system (test, packaging, pilot definition and deploiement)
  • Coordinate service lines actors with on site support team (OSS)
  • Guarantee the good execution of contractual engagement in terms of scope and times with support provider.
  • Follow up the incidents, propose and follow the execution of action plans and get well plans.
  • Pilot devices or applications deploiement projects for French CBUs, in relation with functional and technical project leaders and follow activities with support provider.
  • Dedicated contact for service level follow up of a CBU with service lines and Service Manager. Especially, follow the client satisfaction, incident and request management.
  • Must be able to abord technical topics in a demanding communication with the service manager.
  • Improve existing processes by exchanging with service lines, guarantee a continuous and high level quality of service.
  • Constantly watch creation and updates of procedures and their right execution (technical procedure and help to resolution procedures )
  • Daily activities :

  • Organise coordination meetings and follow up of servicedesk topics
  • Pilot and control the technical teams operations (intern and third party) , technical teams that are involved in realisation and design phases.
  • Formalize and pilot the right execution of project plans on French park evolution and new technology implementations.
  • Locally involved in technical components and services aspects of project and run activities
  • Guarantee the support and follow up activies of the team.
  • Wanted Deliverables :

  • Projet plans, improvement documents and reporting dashboards.
  • Risks assessments and plannings.
  • Committee support, project reporting , production committe and minutes.
  • Operationnal reports (incidents follow up and backlog.....).
  • How to or Help on support documentations.
  • Weekly activity reports .
  • Status communications (within the team and with other teams )
  • Specific add-on : Evian Resort support for special events (25% FTE)

    Located at Evian Resort site

  • Responsible of VIP support for special events at Evian Resort.
  • Coordinate and manage the technical support preparation before the event.
  • Take in charge specific request and needs around devices management (PC, Tablets, Mobiles ....) to offer a premium service ( 24 hours if necessary) in vip events.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams of the Resort.
  • Anticipate the event with the IS director to guarantee a high level service.
  • Be available for each event that requires a vip support.
  • Based on last year investment, the workload is currently around 50 days per year but this will be reviewed in 2018 with a VIP support cell created within our support provider.

    Understand and control main softwares for workstations, emails and mobiles.

    Workstations knowledge.

    Microsoft environments knowledge.

    Installation and maintenance systems procedures.

    Reliability, Rigour, Autonomy, Enthousiasm, Step back and restitution capabilities, Excellence in communication are required.

    Managment capabilities (leadership, organisation, communication, conflicts management)

    Able to Work in a team on site and remotely.

    Facility to supervise the execution of processes, services and applications (déploiements, trainings, respect of plannings...).

    High capacity to formalize procedures and impactfull communication (processes, procedures, meetings minutes, activity reports, etc).
