The SGB (Strategic Growth Businesses) mission is to build and deliver best-in-class solutions for the new diversification businesses of Amadeus : Hotel, Airport IT, Rail and Payment.
The success story has started already with the signature of very large IT deals like IHG for Hotels, BeNe for Rail, and acquisitions of companies like UFIS for Airport IT, and NewMarket for Hotel.
What’s make SGB unique is this diversity, a global view and ownership of our solutions, and a huge growth perspective. This diversity also brings some exciting challenges in terms of practices & knowledge sharing, homogeneity of tools and processes, or consistency of reporting.
The SGB-TSS division (Transversal Services and Support) is in charge of providing professional and consistent services (usability, project and process office, tools, process, Agile, support) across all SGB divisions.
The mission of the SGB-TSS-EXA-EPS-ACC (Agile Competency Center) group is to deploy the Agile methodologies and mind-set in all SGB Customer Units, at team level (Scrum and Kanban) and entity level (scaled agile frameworks).
He / she takes the Tribe Scrum Master / Kanban Facilitator role for new teams familiarize them with the Agile Methodology, guiding principles and best practices.
Ensure Agile methodology is understood and followed.
Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions. Help team members work together and build team spirit. Ensure all the reporting about the progress of the sprint / release .
Risk, issues, challenges, achievements, success, failure, improvements etc will be reported to the higher management on both the sides customer and internally.
