The VMware Cloud Aggregator Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a subset of our Service Providers ecosystem in France.

This is a role for a smart, self-motivated and driven individual with a background in Partners Sales to join a very successful existing team managing a high-

growth visible activity.

The Cloud Aggregator Manager will be accountable for driving adoption of VMware Solutions, Products & Services into targeted Cloud Provider accounts via our Aggregator Sales.

Providing prescriptive guidance and support to enable our Cloud Providers to go to market with VMware based offering to market.

This includes leveraging and collaborating with the Cloud B.U. extended team resources such as the Systems Engineers, Cloud Practice and Marketing resources.

Key activities consist of : driving sales , marketing / demand generation planning, sales and technical enablement and management of pipeline / opportunities.

The individual is expected to develop and leverage effective relationships at all levels within each partner across Sales, Marketing and Technical leadership Teams.

Ensuring each VMware 'Aggregators' has focus and drive across VMware Cloud Providers ecosystem adopting VMware VCPP portfolio along with operational efficiency on monthly usage reporting.

  • Maintain an optimal coverage of a specific customer segment in France
  • Develop, plan and forecast business growth
  • Develop a joint working business plan ensuring activities, pipeline and closure meets the set QoQ growth and KPIs objectives
  • Position, market and influence VMware portfolio / solutions
  • Own and manage Stakeholder Relationships and related processes locally with each Partner
  • Qualify, present and educate the key decision-makers within the ecosystem
  • Drive adoption of VMware products, services and technologies to grow revenue and ensure alignment with VMware’s vision and strategy.
  • Accountable for Sales goals and MBO's.
  • Required Skills :

  • Minimum 5 year experience related to selling solutions into Service Providers, Solution Providers / MSP’s Cloud Infrastructure or SaaS Industry preferred, Infrastructure considered
  • Flexible, dynamic, high-energy personality
  • Excellent presentation skills during events or to groups of people, excellent oral and written communication
  • Proven experience selling software, technology products and services to and through Cloud / Service providers
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing and key elements of virtualized infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-a-Service(IaaS),Platform-
  • as-a-Service(PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) models.


  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English
