You will be part of our Customer Success Team (approx. 23 people) and report to the Engineer.
You will :
Work on the continuous improvement of Support tools : ticketing tool, Help Center, diagnostic tools
Work closely with our R&D teams to define the necessary actions needed to solve the issues (correct any bugs and improve the products)
Manipulate figures and extract relevant information to prepare reports and decide on actions to be taken.
Help the other members of the Customer Support Team progress and improve their technical competencies.

Currently studying at an university or in an engineering / business school and preferably specialised, you are looking for an apprenticeship in an international company.
You are fluent in French and English.
You have good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of analysis. You are proactive, curious and a good listener.
You are able to work in full autonomy on your projects and work closely with the other teams.
