    Drive with autonomy some HR specific projects :

  • Contribute to the design and the implementation of the Calderys brand employer strategy and the Calderys induction program;
  • Specific analysis of compensation and benefits package in different countries;
  • He / She should give a support to the Global HR Team, communicating with the different BUs.

  • Follow up of on the engagement survey.
  • Responsibilities :

    Involvement in the daily HR activities :

  • Recruitment support : job & profile description with the managers, short listing appropriate candidates;
  • Running periodically Reports (Recruitment, KPIs .) and elaboration of data
  • Contribution to internal communication activities (announcement, news / meeting schedule);
  • Support the HR team in their daily activities (contract, HRIS);
  • Propose improvements of the current HR processes or activities.
  • Monitoring the HRIS system with Data Cleansing
  • Profile / Competencies

    Education, background, level of experience

    Essential / Mandatory :

  • Master’s Degree specialized in Human Resources
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally & externally;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
  • Google+ Package (Gmail, Drive )
  • Open to Data Analysis and Statistics;
  • Positive and professional attitude;
  • Proficiency in English
  • Preferred :

  • French could be a plus as well as any other language.
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS Systems (Workday) could be a plus
