Solution Manager Business & Customer Intelligence

We are looking for a Solution manager to deliver comprehensive grounded business and consumer intelligence across the group.

As a Solution manager you will have a key role in "feeding" digital teams and Maisons with relevant data and insights :

  • Provide inspiration from grounded consumer insight that will give way to ideas that accelerate brand success across our Maisons
  • Act as intelligence consultant and partner developing findings including appropriate measurement and ensuring effectiveness of work
  • Provide ongoing reporting, digests studies and analysis with insights and strategic point of view leveraging our important pool of intelligence sources
  • Audit current sources, data types and output material to identify opportunities and gaps to provide for enhanced solutions
  • Assist Maisons on specific opportunities and help craft their action plans
  • Support CDO on Comex reports, showcasing key data and findings
  • Participate in the evaluation of available solutions on the market, potential contractors, partners and vendors
  • Stay current and connected to popular culture to identify and predict relevant trends
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Insights of the LVMH Digital team, you will be supporting :

  • The Business solution head on its mission to drive customer centricity understanding consumer journeys and relevant actions across
  • The Digital teams on their mission to accelerate Maisons in transitioning to serve our connected customers
  • The Maisons by collaborating directly with them on specific opportunities and needs, help crafting strategic findings
  • Profile

    Your background and skills :

  • French and English speaking with excellent speaking and written level of English
  • Master's degree in business or marketing in a top school, or equivalent working experience
  • 6-8 years+ experience as Agency and / or Luxury Consumer Planner
  • Excellent knowledge of the omni-channel consumer, the challenges in the luxury industry and consumer insight development
  • Be research savvy - understand how to apply qualitative and quantitative learnings
  • Be cultural voyeur, know how to tap into pop culture, scope relevant trends
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills - analytical, creative and lateral
  • Be curious and questioning of consumer behavior
  • Can tell and sell a story with strong presentation and writing skills
  • Be digitally savvy and up to date with social media developments
  • Be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • Define and understand our core targets, its demographics, psychographics, behavior and attitudinal mindsets across physical environments, ATL, Digital, Social channels
  • Develop and apply insight to shape Maison brand experience and value propositions
  • Provide clear, compelling reports to a variety of stakeholders explaining complex things in simple words without ever missing the big picture
