Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Sustainability and Inclusion Project Manager intern to join our Sustainability team for a 6 months internship from January 2021.

About the role

The Sustainability & Inclusion team drives Vestiaire Collective’s ambition to become the sustainable leader among worldwide e-commerce marketplaces for responsible consumption.

As part of the team, and reporting to the Sustainability Project Manager, your role will be to support this ambition.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Help raise awareness in the company and train different working teams on Sustainability
  • Participate in different ongoing operational projects (carbon assessment and strategy, waste management, sustainable packaging, CSR certification, marketing )
  • Participate in the implementation of our sustainability roadmap
  • Determine a simple tracking process aiming to collect data from different transversal teams, in order to realize a CSR report and trimestrial assessments
  • Support the animation of a PMO group on sustainability
  • Support the Sustainability & Inclusion team on punctual tasks (presentations, wordings, research, brainstorming )
  • Discuss with our different suppliers to assess their own CSR strategies
  • Read about & watch various topics and news in the fashion / sustainability ecosystem
  • Who you are :

  • Curious and passionate about Sustainability, with a good general understanding of its related concepts (circular economy, climate change, CSR..)
  • Strong organisation skills, sense of autonomy, adaptivity & proactiveness
  • Good analytical and synthesis capacities
  • A people-person with good communication skills (written and oral), who enjoys team work!
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Good command of Pack Office tools (GSuite)
