ly / 2UDSXiJCheck this new position : Reporting to the VP Food & Travel, you will be managing a team of client project managers (CPM) and will be responsible for growing satisfaction and revenues for our existing portfolio of international and strategic clients through best in class delivery of their projects.
Your team is the link between the clients and our delivery teams, and is responsible for client success and operations.You translate Meero’s vision into actionable processes and missions for your team members.
You are closely monitoring your team KPIs to manage and continuously improve the customer satisfaction, the retention rate, the forecasting accuracy and the revenue.
You understand the importance of operational excellence to deliver an outstanding experience and are willing to deep-dive into Meero processes to always improve our service and serve our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Client Success and Operations - Drive the customer success strategy for a portfolio of large international clients- Closely collaborate with sales teams and delivery team (partner acquisition, production, editing) to ensure ongoing best in class delivery of photography services - Define and monitor the best KPIs or data analyses to ensure success of the CPM team (customer NPS, churn rate, forecasting accuracy)- Identify upsell opportunities and follow-up closely on the renewals working with the sales team and legal- Continuously share feedback and improvements of our internal tools and processes Team leadership - Directly manage a team of 5+ individuals- Set individual targets / KPIs and objectives - Help your team grow in their role- Hire and onboard new CPMs if needed WHAT YOU'LL NEED Your experience - 6+ years experience with experience in customer success and / or operations, ideally for a tech or operations-heavy company - Proven leadership experience directly managing a team- Experience in client facing positions, in a B2B environment- Experience in consulting is a plus Your skills - Organized and rigorous with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team and across a highly matrixed international environment- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and experience with a CRM software such as Salesforce- Willingness to get your hands dirty, think outside the box and work under pressure in a fast moving environment- English fluency and French understanding are mandatory, another language is a plus- Strong work ethics and a can do attitude!
