General Summary

For over 20 years, Atos Cybersecurity team has been protecting its customers from the ever-changing threat landscape by using the full breadth and depth of its cybersecurity portfolio.

To support the growing needs of our customers, we are expanding our Global BDS Business Development management team and we are recruiting expert and highly motivated professionals eager to help customers strengthen their cyber defense.

Cybersecurity field is an ever-changing industry where new technologies and new threats are faced regularly. Therefore, we are looking for professionals that are fast learners , open to discover & master new technologies & concept s.

You should have a proven ability to think strategically about business , product , and technical challenges , as well as build and convey compelling value propositions.

The position also requires a strong technical acumen and deep familiarity with cloud and security industries.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Promote Atos’ value proposition and evangelize Atos and partners’ Field Sales and Pre-Sales organizations
  • Help Atos GBUs & RBUs to use vertical sales capabilities and link with Atos sales community
  • Support Client Executives Partners to verticalize the cybersecurity message and customize the offerings to their industry issues
  • Presales support on strategic deals to develop the winning strategy and build a compelling offer to the customer
  • Develop business plans to set sales strategies and maximize business opportunities by working with BDS Cybersecurity Sales and Cybersecurity Alliances Manager .
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of regional Business Development Plans. Cross GBU fertilization through the replication of best practices.

    Ensure that local / tactical offers, developed to fulfil the local specific demand, does not cannibalize the Global offer

  • Enthusiastically drive the readiness in Delivery, Sales, Presales and Marketing (GIA, SPRING,..) to ensure collaterals are well shared
  • Lead Customer Innovation Workshops to develop associated collaterals (including pushing for Cybersecurity demos deployment) and present cybersecurity use cases adapted to customers’ issues and needs
  • Develop close working relationships with key partners & internal Sales teams to understand how we can work together and achieve mutual profitable growth
  • Collaborate with Global BDS Cybersecurity Marketing team to plan, direct, and document required marketing and related sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Alliances Manager to ensure all project milestones for the implementation of the Alliances’ plans are delivered on time, within budget & meet the agreed expectations and balancing available resources & skills.
  • Focus on : Linking the opportunities raised from strategic partners with GBUs Cybersecurity Sales Boost Account planning with strategic partners

  • Support cross-SL business development alignments & communication with GBUs, RBUs and Industries
  • You shall have :

    Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital industry.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (ISACA, ISC2, SANS,..) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the Cybersecurity and Cloud markets.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing methodologies is a plus.
  • MBA degree is a plus.
  • Reporting

    You will report to the Cybersecurity Services Business Development Director in the Global BDS CTO Cybersecurity department.

    LOCATION

    The role is Global and will require occasional travel. Preferably based in Europe (France, BTN, CEE, UK&I...).
