Responsibilities

She / He will be jointly responsible & accountable for developing market development activities of a product group in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the franchise margin in cooperation on a specific market segment.

Essential duties & responsibilities :

  • Be the technical expert of the product group.
  • Understand market dynamics to develop appropriate tactics and action plans.
  • Develop market segmentation, product messaging and marketing technics to drive growth.
  • Define the right product positioning and range mix in EMEA to reach the annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate to the development of the annual marketing action plans for the franchise and implement them.
  • Develop and conduct training materials for our sales force.
  • Develop the appropriate marketing tools & programs to support the sales force
  • Develop training curriculum and train the sales force
  • Provide competitive analysis and updates & develop specific sales tools to answer the competition
  • Support the local sales group to execute their revenue targets
  • Develop country tactics for her / his franchise
  • Develop the EMEA product launch process for his / her range.
  • Support the sales force on technical issues, and conduct regular field visit with the sales team.
  • Attend EMEA key clinicians educational meetings (congress, courses, workshops..)
  • Develop KOL network to guarantee long term growth
  • Conduct EMEA market intelligence and provide related reports.
  • Develop the appropriate financial reports and market analyses on his / her franchise.
  • Be the franchise referent of all EMEA Cross-functional departments
  • Provide EMEA customers and market requirements to GFLs
  • Provide brand positioning and messaging to EMEA
  • Be the owner of the Product Lifecycle for the EMEA market
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Medical Device industry in a sales or marketing function
  • International experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability skills International experience
  • Ability to lead projects & execute
