MISSION

Put in place a regular cadence (Weekly, daily etc) to manage the Operations

Work with the sales management in each country / team to help improve business efficiency, predictability and profitability

Work with the Sales Directors / Regions to control and analyze the pipeline data and pipeline movement

Ensure accuracy and transparency to help the business leaders to make the proper decisions at the right time that would impact the achievement of business goals and strategy including top and bottom line.

Ensure that the GTM guidance and rules are adequately implemented throughout the year such as account segmentations, territory allocation and quota assignment.

Collaborate closely with sales management to provide insights and recommend actions that could enable the achievement for their revenue targets and business priorities,

Implement standard processes and systems to keep operations lean and simple.

Identify quarterly and Yearly sales incentives based on solutions / markets and other variables

Activation of sales incentives working with sales management on regular cadence to activate close incentives.

Provide Sales Policy guidance to sales team.

Provide month / quarter / year end support to ensure deals are booked.

Collaborate with other business partners and departments such as Finance, Contract Management, Marketing & Product Management.

Profile

Experience in a complex sales model both in GTM and Solution

Experience in multi-country enablement model

Experience with enablement programs

Confident communicator with senior stakeholders

University level degree

Multi-lingual (French, English)
