The October team is expanding and we are looking for a Junior Account Manager for our BtoB Saas solution.

What you will be doing as Junior Account Manager?

Launched in 2021, October Connect enables other financial institutions to use October’s lending technology.

We have developed 2 offers : a Fraud module and a Risk module. These can be used by any financial institutions to improve their risk analysis, fraud detection and decision automation.

As Junior Account Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Account Management and your missions will include :

  • Onboarding and education skills : ramp up clients quickly and efficiently meet their requirements and set clear expectations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients : understand client needs / requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product / service(s) education

  • Customer support : bring support to the clients on a daily basis and create a feedback loop to be shared internally with our Product and Sales teams.
  • Monitor customer support efforts

  • Customer community animation : content content, event organisation, etc. Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with your key contact(s)
  • Upsell with the support of Sales Executives : identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Shape, iterate, and scale our expansion strategy, taking initiative to improve the team’s practices, tools, and content
  • Organisational skills : maintain CRM, market benchmark, etc.
  • To provide the best customer experience and help customers benefit from our solution, you will be trained on October Connect’s tools by our Credit and Product teams during your first few weeks.

    Then, you will work closely with the October Connect team.

    The required essentials

  • You are a new graduate or a young professional with a first experience in the financial sector (max 1 year experience).
  • You are interested in pursuing a career in a customer-facing position

  • You are passionate about technology and like working with digital tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English - a third language (Italian, Dutch or German) is a plus.
  • You are talented in creating trust and spreading good vibes

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive mindset and you love working in team
  • Quick learner and can work effectively in a changing scale-up environment
  • Organisation and excellent time management skills
  • Resilience and can take the pressure : senior management exposure externally and internally
