Develop a fully integrated and cohesive internal and external S&R engagement strategy and to maintain and enhance the Group’s corporate reputation as a sustainable leader and build employee engagement working closely with all internal expert groups communications, governmental affairs, investor relations, operations and HR to develop and deliver professional plans aligned with the Good Times from a Good Place roadmap.
Missions and responsibilities :
Mission 1 : Create, plan and implement this engagement strategy in a consistent and efficient way in collaboration with Corporate Communications across all media outlets, including social media.
Working jointly to appoint PR / creative agencies.
Mission 2 : Manage and animate the Group’s S&R Leaders network group on an on-going basis, including the organization of workshops, webinars and active management of Microsoft Teams group.
Mission 3 : Lead change management initiatives to help drive understanding of S&R and goals throughout the company, including learning & development and campaigns around company-wide guidelines / policies.
Mission 4 : Liaise with Corporate Communications to drive visibility of the Group’s Good Times from a Good Place S&R roadmap including tools and channels : internally (Group intranet MyPortal , Group social media Chatter , Microsoft office Teams ) and externally (Annual Report, corporate website, corporate social media channels).
Mission 5 : Actively seek out sustainability engagement opportunities, including conferences and awards for visibility
Mission 6 : Create and organize global Responsib’All Day event and coordinate its activation across the Group (one day in the year where employees stop working and engage in community projects), with clear alignment to overall roadmap
Mission 7 : Clearly articulate S&R messaging. Write position papers, guidelines, social media posts, blogs, thought pieces, etc and produce well-structured and effective presentations.
Mission 8 : Manage and coach dedicated S&R apprentice.

Skills and Experience Required
Training : Master degree (CSR, Communication, Political science)
Experience needed : At least 7 years S&R Communication experience in an international group (or internally), with a proven track record in building and delivering a S&R campaign both internally and externally.
Must be able to take a leadership position in the development and execution of the strategy and have a strong capability to work with many departments to implement a change management and cohesive plan collaboration is essential.
