Indirect Procurement (IP) Buyer is responsible for sourcing of all goods and services for the French business to enable it to maintain and develop its operations.
IP Buyer could intervene on the following categories : Advertising & Promotions (incl. Visual Merchandising, Media and Marketing Services, etc.
Corporate Professional Services, Facility Management, Information Technology, Travel, Meeting & Events, Office Supplies, Store Construction and Store Management.
IP Buyer is a key partner for Brands and Departments in the evaluation of their needs; ensures that internal stakeholders’ expectations and requirements are met;
and ensure good relationships with suppliers concerning goods or services.
IP Buyer is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within procurement field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks :
Lead and support in cross-functional sourcing projects in all spend categories to reach savings affiliate target and meet goals of the procurement strategy :
Prepares Request for Information / Request for Proposal independently and partners with IP Manager Confers with suppliers to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Evaluates supplier quotes against market rates to determine most relevant suppliers. Negotiates commercial and legal terms in partnership with Legal / Business to facilitate contracts with suppliers.
Makes the coordination with suppliers and internal parties including project management . Prepares financial cost analysis for making decisions Assist in supplier dispute resolutions.
Continuously search innovative suppliers and solutions to generate added value and savings opportunities
Contribute in building savings strategy and pipeline projects according to Global and Regional requirements
Build monthly reports to analyze KPI
Manage and rationalize Suppliers’ database
Liaise with stakeholders community for any communication related to processes, tools and trainings
Improve procurement processes and ensure adoption to IP through trainings
BAC+5 Business School - Options : finance / procurement or equivalent
5 years’ experience (minimum) in procurement

High level of energy and drive, pro-active, ambitious and dynamic. Ability to work in a schedule-driven environment and manage multiple jobs.

Thorough knowledge of how to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers
Knowledge about e-sourcing, contract management as well as Total Cost Ownership building

Stakeholder Management, Client Orientation, Supplier Relationship Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Risk management, Financial Analysis and industry know-how.
Thorough knowledge of financial instruments and analytical tools
Extensive usage of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Outlook
Intermediate usage of SAP (ARIBA), Power BI
Fluent in French and English language (spoken and written)
