Main Responsibility Area
The program manager is responsible for stewarding critical security services portfolio initiatives, investments and driving the timely execution by providing leadership and direction to assigned programs.
Need to work closely with security practice sales, marketing, finance & procurement functions.
Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing portfolio with an evolving business model.
Lead cross-functional meetings and fosters teamwork; drives escalation and resolution of issues.
Manage all aspects of a given program, from requirements gathering to implementation.
Participate in program benefits identification.
Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program align with portfolio priorities.
Support and coach project managers / SMEs within the program.
Review budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the
Address escalated cost issues with SME / stakeholders, as needed.
Address escalated resourcing issues with project manager and resource manager, as needed.
Proactively set performance expectations and help SMEs / stakeholders manage expectations of delivery and requirements, yielding consistent results.
Track P&L & performance of security service portfolio with sales, finance and other stakeholders

Experience required - >
Education Bachelors of Engineering / Technology / Masters Degree or Equivalent
Need to have strong background in cyber security operations and governance an information system or network, including managing information security implications within the organization, specific program, or other area of responsibility, to include strategic, personnel, infrastructure, requirements, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security awareness, and other resources.
Deep understanding of security processes and KPIs
Capability to develops cybersecurity workforce plans, strategies, and guidance to support cyberspace workforce manpower, personnel, training and education requirements and to address changes to cybersecurity policy, operating model, education and training requirements.
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations
Adept at helping team members harness and develop strengths in pursuit of successful program outcomes
Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change
Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of
Ability to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership
