  • We are currently looking for a Global Head of Sales Excellence to support our growth. This position is based in the HQ in Paris or remote from France (with frequent travel to the HQ).

    Roles and responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and building our sales learning & development program and sales process with the Sales Leadership team
  • This role includes training, coaching (developing the frameworks, launching them, and working with leaders to build accountability governance), and creating sales content for our commercial teams
  • Design programs that result in reduced ramp time to revenue generation and deliver content to level-up the skill set for all levels of the Sales organization
  • Collect, structure and share the best sales practices within the organization
  • Design process strategy (both on the ground and with our CRM) to shorten sales cycle, increase productivity, evolve pipeline management, and make sales forecasts specific & reliable
  • Manage Sales Development pipeline growth. Present training programs to drive pipeline development with respect to new products, solution applications, value statements, enhancements, or competitive issues
  • Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders located in different regions
  • Information Security :

  • Be aware of his / her own responsibility regarding information security
  • Perform his / her work according to the applicable policies and procedures
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
  • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
  • Promote awareness regarding information security in the team
  • Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS
  • Your experience

    Essential Skills and Qualifications :

  • A hands-on approach, proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content
  • Demonstrated background in an international work environment and a matrix organization
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience. Five years of sales learning and development preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred
  • Ability to adapt in an evolving environment and recognize opportunities to proactively deliver impact
  • Experience with designing competency based skills development programs and certifications
  • Executive presence confidence and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Understanding of sales coaching principles
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; must have experience collaborating with sales managers & implementation teams
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Proven track records in startup environment
  • Medical device experience
