Major missions :

  • Representing the Purchasing Department during the IPD-Process.
  • Identify purchasing topics. Sustain transversal communication between commodities and project teams.
  • Manage the Purchasing Quality-Cost-Delivery-Services to procure parts and material in accordance with cost reduction and on time delivery programs, with established policies, with accepted purchasing practices and techniques.
  • Involve and support the Commodity Managers, to achieve the purchasing goals during the projects.
  • Is part of the IPD Houses and dedicate more than 50% of its time working with engineering.
  • Is coordinating the communication and technical discussion to be held between engineering and strategic purchasing.
  • Requirements :

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Materials / Purchasing
  • Experience Requirements : 6-8 Years
  • Project management tools, negotiation and communication skills, Microsoft Office, working proactive and initiative, team-worker, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent local and english language
  • Working in normal office environment, 10% travel required.
