In close collaboration with the central services, you are in charge of developing the sales results of your store while guaranteeing the application of the Brand’s commercial policy.
As such, your main responsibilities will be the following :
Ensure that the prescribed turnover is reached;
Organise and supervise the work of the store team;
Motivate your team;
Set and monitor collective and individual objectives;
Manage the relationship with the different partners;
To be the guarantor of an irreproachable presentation of the store and of the enhancement of the products;
Ensure the proper application of the store's general terms and conditions of sale.
Ensure customer satisfaction;
Control and validate supplier invoices;
To ensure the collection of sales, to monitor the outstanding customer payments and the bank statements;
Intervene in disputes with customers and suppliers;
Carry out inventories;
Report to the Management and seek its approval for any decision involving the company.
In general, you ensure that the store is well maintained according to established criteria and contribute to the definition and dissemination of the brand'
s image (occasional participation in trade fairs and exhibitions).
Experience and Skills :
At least 5 years experience as Store Manager;
Commercial / Management profile
Result-oriented, rigorous, good interpersonal skills
Supervisory experience / team motivation
Ability to work under pressure
