Your Role in The Team
To lead day-to day the strategic topics raised by the ecosystem (Global Proposition Manager, Customer Journey Expert, Product Owner).
Working closely with Global Proposition Manager, you will have a lead role and key responsibility for tackling the strategic topics to facilitate the launch of the new bancassurance proposition.
Moreover, you will be in charge to implement the continuous improvement into the Ecosystem by conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
As Business & Process Expert on payment topic , you are responsible for :
Leading strategic topics raised by Ecosystem to drive the future success of bancassurance proposition in coordination with local entities and insurance partner
Advising and supporting the Global Proposition Manager and Product Owners by conducting ad-hoc analysis on strategic topics to ensure successful delivery launch
Working closely with other Product Owners, Global Propositions Managers and stakeholders in the tribe to ensure the shared bancassurance ecosystem vision is realized, especially on transversal strategic topics (e.
g. payments, claims, data consents .)
Remove the main impediments blocking the delivery with Product Owners and Local entities by digging into business process analysis
Identify GAPs between the different local business process and design solutions that support global customer journey delivery, with the Product Owners, Customer journey experts and Local entities
Identify upfront blocking impediments that would lead to deviation in the global customer journeys and define solution that mitigate those impediments to secure time to market and limit technical debt
Co design the backlog User Stories with the Product Owners to deliver those solutions and avoid rework due to last minute discoveries of GAPs
Be the champion and owner of Transformation inside the Ecosystem by gathering all relevant parties to improve and re-invent the business and operations model based on clients’ feedback.
Design, harmonize and drive digitization of E2E global processes across Ecosystem to improve Business Performance
Set up performance management and continuous improvement process into the Ecosystem by involving all parties (Squads, GPMs, Transversa, Leadership )
Work cross-functionally with Innovation, digital marketing, Tribe Lead, ING and AXA Local entities, Center of Excellence Data to design and execute growth initiatives
Coordinate the review and improvements to existing business strategies based on market and competitive trends with relevant stakeholders
We Are Looking For
An experienced Business Transformation Manager with entrepreneurial interest, who believes in agile ways of working’ and a high affinity for retail banking and insurance business.
Proven Track Record and Technical Skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
A Masters degree in business, IT or related field.
Certification in Quality / Lean Six Sigma or equivalent (desirable)
Work in an agile way
8+ years of work experience in an international setting
Experience of digitalization end to end process
Working knowledge of processes and services in banking and insurance
Proven experience in working effectively with internal stakeholders and making complex governance simple and transparent
Has international experience and can an approach that results in smooth management of international projects
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
You are excited by entrepreneurship, driving the change and exploring undefined / unstructured fields
Proven and mature analytical and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
You demonstrate creativity and initiative, always acting in a result orientated way and are able to drive structured & practical solutions that deliver customer value within a wider, international group

You are a natural in networking skills holding a high cultural ease and sensitivity to working in a highly diverse environment (experience in stakeholders management)

Your work environment
You will be working in the central team of the joint venture. You will work in close connection with an international network of experts and senior leaders in the Challengers & Growth Markets, and with other global Lead roles at Headquarters from both ING as well as the insurance partner.
