A vacancy for a Labour Law Specialist (m / f) has arisen within Airbus on the site of Saint Martin.
The Labour Law Specialist is part of the Social Policies and Industrial Relations (SPIR) Centre of Excellence for AIRBUS in France, under the Responsibility of the French Labour Law Senior advisor.
He / she supports the other AIRBUS functions and especially HR Centres of Excellence and the Labour Law’s Community of practices on all social policies, Labour Law and industrial relations topics.
He / she guaranties a proper implementation of the branch / company agreements, collective regulations and local Labour Law.
Purpose / missions :
Protect business interest and support business by ensuring national compliance with Labour and Social regulations
Manage legal watch at national level and ensure that all entities / sites in the country apply the best in class conformity
Ensure legal monitoring to anticipate upcoming reforms and their impacts on Airbus and determine opportunities for lobbying.
Secure a state of the art expertise in the Labour Law domain
Your missions and responsibilities will be as follows :
Analyze evolution in national Labour and Social legislation, its impact on terms & conditions and deriving options for actions,
Ensure consistent implementation of resulting measures across France,
Ensure continual information, coordination and advices across all relevant communities (e. g. Transnational Labour Law, HRBL / HRBPP, HR CoEx, Managers ),
Be the Labour Law interface of internal AIRBUS functions such as Legal, Compliance or Procurement for complex matters requiring multi-expertises,
Support negotiations and projects managed by Social Policies and Industrial Relations thank to your Labour and Social Law expertise
Deliver information sessions on legal / conventional changes and new Group agreements
Support implementation of Group and Company agreements within HR processes and tools
Be proactive for the harmonization of all the AIRBUS Divisions processes and contractual documents
Write collective agreements, internal rules or communication supports
Actively participate to the Labour Law Community of practices in order to maintain the right level of knowledge and harmonization of the national and local experts
This role could involve occasional travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills :
You have a Master’s degree in Labour Law and at least 3 years of experience within Human Resources and / or Labour Law.

High professional integrity and ethical standards
French : Negotiation
English : Advanced
