JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting to the Network Build Manager, you will oversee all aspects of a Project Portfolio including planning, organizing, staffing, executing, and controlling activities following defined processes.
As referent you support a team of worldwide PM.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES :
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Plan & organize Project / Program
Plan / organize the delivery of the Project / Program and its activities in accordance with the Global transformation roadmaps, Governance process & standard IS&T operating model
Contribute to optimize delivery model following defined sourcing strategy
Propose & implement initiatives to optimize plan / cost / quality
Ensure that Project activities follow standard methodology, process and tools
Apply templates and records to document Project / Program activities following our standards
Staff Project / Program
Contribute to define the capacity plan, skill matrix and adapt the sourcing model
Ensure that capacity plan for the Project / Program are maintained timely
Contribute to the Project / Program strategy definition
Manage the Project / Program plan scope / resources and benefits
Manage Project interdependencies within the Program
Identify and mitigate risks drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed
Manage Project staff by providing direction, input and feedback
Communicate with all stakeholders to gain community support for the Project / Program and to solicit input to improve the Project / Program
Report Project / Program status timely and following standards
Ensure that the Project / Program operates within the approved budget / scope
Monitor all budgeted Project expenditures
Ensure that all financial records for the Project / Program are up to date
Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project / Program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks
Use the Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project / Program and to identify areas for improvement (lessons learned)

MAIN CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE :
Be accountable and Lead Project / Program while delegating the delivery to partners
Work in a matrix organisation with lots of functional reporting
To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills, experiences and attributes :
Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Project / Program management or IS&T Management (project management certifications preferred).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
You have a strong knowledge and experience of Infrastructure (Network and Network security) .
Network Certification (CCNP)
Firewall Comprehension (Fortigate)
LAN / WIFI deployment experience.
Previous experience in MPLS deployment
As a Project Manager you demonstrate strong communication, leadership and change management skills.
You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
