Fit4Future Vaccines is a multiyear strategic transformation program designed to significantly improve performance across the Vaccines industrial sites and support functions through a fast-paced implementation of the Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS).
The program is comprised of rapid improvement initiatives that roll out in waves across sites and functions with the goal to establish Sanofi Pasteur as a leader in Vaccines production with externally benchmarked Top-Tier performance.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the transforming site / function has the capabilities, focus and performance to deliver on its allocated savings in the scope of the Fit4Future program.
A Transformation Leader has multiple years of experience leading transformation initiatives through rigorous and disciplined transformation methodology, in complex industrial environment with proven records of impact.
He / She has proven experience in command of change management issues and methodologies at senior leadership level.
He / She is able / willing to lead a team of 10-15 Change Leaders and Booster Leaders across 2 to 3 boosters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
A booster is an in-depth workshop lasting 3 to 4 months and transforming a specific function or plant area (Supply-Chain, Packaging, Quality ).
During Fit4 waves of transformation in a given site / function, 2 to 3 boosters can be run in parallel. A booster will usually address an area of about 100 people.
MAIN MISSIONS : Become the Ambassador of a new Performance culture and make the Change happen by leading a Change Team and engaging the Site / Function Leadership Team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
Minimum of 10 years in Industrial Operations environment - 5 years’ experience in Vaccines / Biologics / Pharma
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Biology, Chemistry or other similar, relevant disciplines
Experienced in leading by influence in matrix driven project teams / organizations
Multiple years of experience leading transformation initiatives in an industrial environment with proven records of impact
Proven experience in command of change management issues and methodologies at senior leadership level
Technical skills & Competencies / Language
Familiar with common lean, project or quality methodologies (i.e. flow analysis, Six Sigma, Root Cause Problem Solving, etc.)
Strong understanding of change management techniques
Behavioural Competencies (LEAD and others)
Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives, act for change - Challenge the status quo. Be persistent
Ability to develop people, coach and give feedback, empower people
Ability to learn and synthesize complex information quickly
Other
Travel required 50% -75% of the time based on needs
French speaking is a plus
