PRIMARY FUNCTION :
External : Issue all reports required for CNH FS to fulfill Banque de France reporting requirements; controlling over foreign branches reporting towards other European central banks.
97-02 French banking regulation and European CRD4 required the internalization of such knowledge.
Internal : Issue prudential management reporting to the management.for business purposes
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure that regulatory reporting statements are accurate produced in due time (SURFI, COREP, BCE, Centrale des Risques, Solvency, Liquidity, High Risks ratios).
Define appropriate data / information to be retrieved and validated from Accounting and Information Systems (IS) for regulatory reporting accuracy
Ensure Audit trails follow-up and 1st level of Control on regulatory reporting and internal reporting
Work in liaison with Compliance Officer on a day-to-day basis
Prepare, improve and Implement procedures related to regulatory reporting production (including IS part)
Participation to process and Source IS improvements (specification, testing) and implementation
Preparation of regulatory statement internal reporting with comments and analysis
Central regulation update and watch, liaising with external consultants
Provide required information and data to allow for regulatory ratio monitoring
Controlling over the reporting issued by foreign branches towards other European Central banks, in collaboration with local CNHI FS branches’ finance managers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Advanced French CPA education (DCG / DSCG) or equivalent ;
Computer literate (MS Office, Access, Query tool, ) ;
Knowledge of central bank regulation
Build Customer Relationships
Fluent in english
