The Junior Consultant will join the Sport Advisory practice, part of the wider public sector advisory team (AMO - about 15 people strong).
You will be involved in various sports related projects in France and abroad, but with an initial focus on Paris 2024 Olympic Games related opportunities.
You will mainly work on front end advisory ( programmation ) (master planning, feasibilities studies, functional and technical briefs, etc.
and will also contribute in sales promotion through the drafting of technical and administrative offers in particular.
The Junior Consultant will also be called upon to collaborate with other teams within Mott MacDonald France (project financing, construction and operation monitoring, asset management), allowing to expand your versatility and contribute to the French entity development in an aggressive growth strategy context.
Depending on your performance, the contract may be converted to a permanent one (CDI).
Because of the nature of this role, the Junior Consultant will be requested to regularly travel within France and sometimes abroad (Europe and Africa) for short stints.
The role requires excellent listening skills to put the clients at the heart of everything we do and to learn from the more experienced team members.
In addition, good analysis, synthesis and oral and written communication will be required. The position requires great flexibility to contribute to a wide variety of projects and rigor in execution of the company's quality processes.
The Junior Consultant will join the Sport Advisory practice as part of the BNI sector.
